You will need: 1/4 cup butter (melted) 1 egg 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet. 2. Mix contents with butter & egg until combined. Chill dough for 5-10 minutes. 3. Roll into 1" balls and place on the cookie sheet 2" apart. 4. Bake 8-10 minutes Yields 24 Cookies Whipped Buttercream Frosting You will need: 3 cups powdered sugar 1 cup softened butter 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1. Whip butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar slowly. 2. After sugar is incorporated, add heavy cream and blend until well mixed. 3. Pipe onto the bottom of a cookie. Top with ANOTHER cookie, for a glorious cookie sandwich.
